Steps to prepare for your next movement exploration

1. Pick up to 5 movement qualities from Point A by highlighting the words that stand out to you the most from your written description on page 4 of your workbook
2. Pick up to 5 movement qualities from Point B by highlighting the words that stand out to you the most from your written description on page 5 of your workbook
3. Write down your words in the appropriate sections on page 6 of your workbook.
4. Voice record your words in one recording - How do I record my voice with a computer? or How do I record my voice using a phone?
   
   
   
   1. Say Point A's movement qualities 5 times over in the same order
   2. Leave a 20-30 space for silence
   3. Say Point B's movement qualities 5 times over in the same order

Final Movement Exploration

1. Find a space to move
2. Set up a video recording or have someone record you
3. Play your voice recording
4. Respond to the words in your voice recording with your body & movement
